After each workshop or consultation, we send a short survey asking specific questions about clarity, pacing, and usefulness. Takes about four minutes to complete. Response rate sits around 68% as of March 2025.

Quarterly Follow-Ups

Three months after program completion, we reach out to ask whether the information proved helpful in actual decision-making. We're looking for honest assessment, not testimonials. About half of participants respond to these.

Anonymous Feedback Option

Some people prefer not to attach their name to criticism. We maintain an anonymous submission form specifically for concerns about program content or delivery approach. These often provide the most actionable insights.

Program Adjustments

Our team reviews all feedback during planning meetings for upcoming sessions. If multiple participants mention the same issue, we address it directly in program revisions. Changes typically appear in the next cycle, usually within 8-12 weeks.
